Early Intervention and Educational Programs

Consulting Services

We offer consultation services with early intervention, preschool, school districts and private schools to train and provide ongoing support for teachers, administrators and support staff working with students who have hearing loss.

Services include:

  • Teacher in-service training

  • Training regarding maintaining hearing technology and FM/remote microphone systems

Tele-practice Services

Because we have expertise in the language and speech development of students with hearing loss, we provide direct services to meet the specific needs of these children via telepractice.

We connect with students in their school and provide speech and language services with a specific emphasis on listening and spoken language development.

Telepractice Program Development and Training

Telepractice is increasingly recognized as a highly effective method of delivering services to children and families of children with hearing loss. Families are saying that they feel more empowered through telepractice and centers and providers are recognizing the benefits of coaching parents through this model.

For over eight years, Marge has been providing telepractice services to her clients in Idaho and has been actively involved in the training of other professionals in programs in Oregon, Utah and Idaho. She has made numerous presentations at national conferences regarding the efficacy of telepractice.

Services include:

  • Professional staff training in use of telepractice

  • Start-up support

  • Recommendations for platforms and technology

  • Coaching and mentoring of professionals
